Understanding Our Refund and Returns Policy

To comply with UK law refund policy, we would like to inform our customers that to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered an item in error. In such cases, we are happy to process a refund for you, but please be aware that items ordered in error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the item and ensures that we can continue to offer competitive prices to all of our customers. Please note that as part of our refund policy, electric items such as ECUs are individually marked for security purposes. This means that only items marked with the original UV pen will be accepted for a refund. This policy is in line with UK law, which requires us to take reasonable measures to prevent fraud and protect our customer’s interests.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience in some cases, but we believe that it is an important step to ensure the authenticity and quality of our products. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to ensure that they preserve the original markings on the electric items they purchase from us, in case they wish to return them for a refund. Please note that any items that have been tampered with, altered, or damaged in any way will not be eligible for a refund. This includes items where the original markings have been removed or altered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Please note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including Motorcycle Helmets (if used). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded, and sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
